Job Description

Your responsibility and tasks

  • You create and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales process
  • You identify new sales opportunities, do an initial demonstration of the product and lead customers through the sales process
  • You develop a vision and business case with the prospects for the use of Build.One
  • You negotiate and create product and service orders, contracts and renewals
  • You strengthen client relationships through regular engagement (e.g. webinars, training, sales conversations)
  • You generate new ideas to improve overall business performance

Your profile

  • You look back to 3+ years of professional sales experience in a comparable function, ideally in an enterprise SaaS
  • You have already successfully managed end-to-end sales processes and built up strong customer relationships
  • You have a strong willingness to understand customer needs and provide solutions to customers
  • You have a technical understanding of the IT industry (ideally in the field of software development and enterprise architecture)
  • You have an understanding of business processes and the corresponding software systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, PIM, etc.)
  • You successfully completed studies in the field of (industrial) engineering, business informatics, computer science, international business or a comparable qualification
  • You have strong willingness and experience to operate in a dynamic market environment and a can-do mentality
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English and German
  • You have a willingness to travel in principle, later also internationally
  • You have a willingness to engage a sales opportunity together with a team of experts and partners
  • Ideally you have experience with engaging and influencing C-level executives and strong familiarity with decision making processes in enterprise customers
