Job Description

Milano Vice is looking for an Intern or Working Student in Quality Management to work closely with the Culinary Product Manager. The role will shape and deliver the business s vision and strategic Culinary plans as we expand existing markets and open new locations. This will be an opportunity to build the Milano Vice brand in Germany, from the ground up. The role will play an integral part in leading Milano Vice into its next growth stage.

Tasks

Your mission:

  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety of our products by continuously improving our standards according to German food laws and requirements
  • Ensure an excellent product by building processes designed for continuous improvement
  • Define processes to drive the food quality and safety of our products
  • Collaborate with other departments on continuously improving our products
  • Ensure food quality and safety robustness of our products by thoroughly analyzing our products and ingredients

Requirements

Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship or studies, preferably related to food - ecomorphology, food technology, food chemistry, food processing, or comparable
  • German native speaking or >C1 level
  • Very Detail orientated, Structured and service-oriented
  • Passionate about food and food sciences
  • Great communicator and collaborative person
