**Junior Software Engineer** -for Pre-Sales Support

Tasks

main responsibilities:

• Supporting the sales team in customers meetings and presentations related to the Toshiba software range.
• Carrying out analysis to understand customers challenges faced with the digitalisation of documents and workflows and availability of information in order to determine the best solutions for optimisation, based on Toshiba software solutions portfolio.
• Organising workshops to analyse and record the customer s IT infrastructure, business processes and identify specific requirements.
• Defining software specifications requests to verify the feasibility of existing solutions and/or initiate the creation of individual software modules by the Toshiba development department
• Presenting findings and proposals to the customer in collaboration with the sales team
• Configuring customer s workflows and developing solution concepts that incorporate standard software, DMS (Document Management Systems), and customised programming realised by the Toshiba development department.
• Support the implementation of proposed software solution s Proof of Concept at the customer.
• Providing demonstrations, presentations, training, consulting, and sales support services for the sales team and existing clients.
• Organising and leading trainings, meetings and workshops with IT engineers of Toshiba partners and customers IT Teams.
• Recording customer projects (including project documentation, IT requirements, Project planning and presentation of customer-specific software).

Requirements

Your requirements:

• Completed studies in IT or an equivalent qualification and first work experience in an IT environment  

• Analytical mind and effective communication skills
• Very good knowledge of network technology
• Knowledge of the use of software applications, operating systems, databases, and IT infrastructures
• Project management skills and experience in completing IT projects, especially in the area of Document Management (DMS/ECM), are advantageous
• Entry-level programming skills are advantageous
• Good communication and team-working skills
• Language skills: Excellent English, good German French would be an asset
• A professional appearance and good presentation skills
