Job Description

Yassir is the leading super App for on demand and payment services in the Maghreb region set to changing the way daily services are provided. It currently operates in 26 cities across Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia with recent expansions into France, Canada and Sub-Saharan Africa. It is backed (+$43M in funding) by VCs from Silicon Valley, Europe and other parts of the world including Y Combinator, which is the precursor of the likes of Airbnb, Stripe, Dropbox, Doordash, among others.

Tasks

About your role as HR Administrative

->You ensure the data exchange with the payroll provider.

->You are responsible for the whole during the employee lifecycle from an administrative perspective. So, you will process our colleague's requests; and, create all the documents like contract changes, certificates, and reference letters.

->You manage the administrative part of the hiring process by providing contracts including additional documents and you ensure that new colleagues are administratively onboarded according to the local regulations and policies.

->Expense management and processing assist our finance team and our payroll providers by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).

->Assignees with ANABIN/degree recognition process.

->Support managing all the administrative work related to our talent benefits program.

->Your work closely with the Senior HR Manager and Payroll Provider to ensure that all personnel measures are executed end-to-end, and data are maintained accurately and on time.

->You actively collaborate in the continuous improvement of our processes.

Requirements

->You are a flexible team player, service-oriented, and highly self-motivated person who is interested in working independently.

->Minimum 6 months of experience working in a similar role working in a fast-growing tech startup is a plus.

->You already have experience working in a team where you support each other, solve problems together, and learn together.

->BSc/MSc in Business Management, Psychology, or relevant field.

->You are fluent in English and German.

->You hold a working visa or permit in the European Union.
