About the Position

Bridgemaker is a company builder based in Berlin with a focus on B2B tech venture building. We work with exceptional entrepreneurs whose ideas will shape the future. Together with our partners - global market leaders and large corporations from various industries - we build the companies of tomorrow.

For our newly founded venture ATOLL Living Spaces GmbH, which was created in cooperation with Blanc & Fischer Familienholding, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

We want to redesign living spaces. Rooms in which it can quietly become later.
Our products convince through functionality and innovation. ATOLL offers possibilities for the joint design of life - for extraordinary moments that we like to remember.

Specifically, ATOLL is about two products:

The indoor table Mea with integrated induction - for cooking together, enjoying and lingering.
The mobile outdoor kitchen Multo with induction technology. Cooking together is thus combined with unique outdoor experiences.

Your responsibility will be to maximize product sales and achieve your personal and business goals of revenue, customer satisfaction and market share. To do this, you will build strategic partnerships with distribution partners and find new creative ways to establish our brand in the market.

Requirements

  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in sales, ideally of technology products
  • Your network to interior designers, exclusive furniture retailers and other service providers in the industry are a plus
  • Your communication skills and empathy enable you to represent an exclusive brand and sell high-priced products
  • You are strong in networking and are able to build long term partnerships
  • You speak German on native speaker level and business fluent English

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the structuring and implementation of the end customer sales as a primary goal.
  • You identify potential sales partners, mainly service providers who place Luxury Interior products with customers.
  • By processing and following up on D2C leads and other prospects, you will ensure new customers are acquired
  • As the customer's mouthpiece, you process the feedback from your sales calls in a structured manner and thus ensure continuous product improvement
  • Your sales reports and analyses show a structured performance analysis and are the basis for decisions in business development

What you can expect

  • You will be one of the first members of a corporate venture supported by experienced partners
  • Initially, you will work closely with the CCO, but in the future you will build up your own area of responsibility including your team.
  • Your tasks are varied with a high degree of responsibility at the interface to marketing and brand management.
  • You decide which setup is best for you, whether on-site in Berlin or remotely
  • Full trust from the beginning, you set your own working hours
