About the Position

For our newly founded venture ATOLL Living Spaces GmbH, which was created in cooperation with Blanc & Fischer Familienholding, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

ATOLL wants to redesign living spaces. To create new opportunities for people to share moments together. Time around cooking, enjoying and experiencing.
Our products convince through functionality, innovation and design. ATOLL offers possibilities for shared living - for extraordinary moments that we like to remember.

Specifically, ATOLL is about two products:

The indoor table ATOLL Mea with integrated induction - for cooking together, enjoying and lingering.
The mobile outdoor kitchen ATOLL Multo with induction technology. Cooking together is thus combined with unique outdoor experiences.

Driven by a clear mission, as Marketing Manager:in you will be responsible for the conception and implementation of our marketing and brand strategy. Your responsibility will be to own marketing campaigns from creation to implementation and monitoring. Your ideas will ensure that potential customers become aware of us and that we can take off with ATOLL.

Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in brand or marketing management.
  • Your work experience in the lifestyle or luxury sector, especially in high-end outdoor or interior brands, is a plus.
  • You like to work data-driven: whether in building D2C brands, evaluating brand development & awareness or in performance marketing
  • Start-up mentality: you are flexible to changing priorities, have ownership for your own projects and are a strong communicator
  • You speak German at native speaker level and business fluent English

Your tasks

  • You build the ATOLL brand by designing and implementing a performance marketing strategy and performance campaigns
  • You are responsible for the coordination and collaboration with the internal design and sales teams, as well as external agencies
  • You continuously develop the KPI dashboard and the strategic coordination of the marketing roadmap
  • You develop a brand strategy based on existing brand guidelines, derive concrete measures from it (especially the initiation of brand partnerships) and implement them
  • You are responsible for all relevant social media channels. This includes content creation and conception supported by external resources

What you can expect

  • Initially, you will work closely with the CCO, but you will eventually build up your own area of responsibility
  • Varied tasks with a high degree of responsibility in (performance) marketing and brand management
  • You are initially a marketing manager, but you can build up your own marketing team in the coming years
  • You decide which setup is best for you, whether on site in Berlin or remotely
  • Trusted working hours
