Senior FP&A Manager (all genders)

Your Tasks

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Manager (all genders) to join our finance department as soon as possible. In this full-time role, you manage and develop business and financial performance processes. You also coordinate the implementation of the company-wide planning and forecasting process.

The Digital Career Institute was born as an initiative to integrate refugees into the digital job market. Today, we are committed to training anyone interested in pursuing a career in tech, no matter your experience, background, or age. We provide everything our students need to succeed, including computer equipment, language courses, and if necessary, even mobile internet.

Further responsibilities:

• Budgeting, forecasting, liquidity and cash flow planning and analysis are also part of your responsibilities
• Reporting (standard reports on a monthly and quarterly basis) and ad-hoc reports are part of your responsibilities
• You implement new structures, processes, and tools
• You create and analyse financial KPIs and propose action areas after setting flags
• The introduction of a business case process in the organisation is one of your projects
• You drive the further automation of all financial planning and analysis processes

Your Skills

• You already have 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling, planning, etc.
• Ideally, you have a university degree with a business orientation (focus on finance preferred)
• As an Excel and Google Sheets professional, you are able to track, customise and create complex analyses using formulas and low-code
• You have a blind command of BI tools (such as Tableau, PowerBI etc.) and can create data structures and flows incl. data warehouse etc.
• You are a self-motivated team player with a willingness to deliver results of the highest quality
• You have experience in setting up new processes and structures as well as in implementing new financial instruments and systems
• You also have experience with Finance SasS tools and large ERP systems
• You are fluent in English and German at a C1-B2 level
