Tasks

Position Description:

Driven by its expert and very dedicated engineering team, Cinemo is at the forefront of innovation and technology and sets worldwide standards in its category. Our strength is the focus on performance, high quality and excellent service.
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, under the leadership of the Quality Assurance Manager you will be responsible for the plan do check act aspects to maintain the high quality of Cinemo s in-vehicle infotainment solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory, corporate and customer standards/requirements. In this role, you will work closely with both our engineering teams in Budapest and in Germany to understand and implement the scope of the work, use your passion to help maintain our high-quality software. This role requires an energetic and motivated individual with strong communication, organization, and analytical skills who works well in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the customer interface regarding Engineering Software Quality Assurance topics
  • Assess project and software component quality according to the relevant industry standards by planning & performing internal audits, assessments, process compliance checks
  • Ensure independent & transparent reporting of quality status of the projects (Risks, Issues & escalations) to higher management and identified stakeholders
  • Support to define necessary corrective & preventive actions - risk mitigations
  • Perform product & process quality check/reviews for customer deliveries & give recommendations
  • Monitor & track the Quality Issues until closure
  • Plan, support external Audits & Assessments
  • Ensure Deployment/Roll out of defined processes to software component and projects
  • Support lessons learned to prevent re-occurrence of known problems
  • Creation and maintenance of project-specific quality management plans
  • Perform quality activities as per the QA plan
  • Support to drive the quality culture in the organization
  • Gap analysis among organization processes and automotive industry standard processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in organization processes/guidelines

Requirements

Experience & Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Automotive Industry Standards (e.g. ASPICE/VDA, ISO9001, ISO21434, ISO27001)
  • Experience in software development & Quality Assurance
  • Knowledge of Automotive product lifecycle & Software development lifecycle
  • Intacs Provisional Assessor (Automotive SPICE ) certification
  • ISTQB Certification is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Automotive Infotainment domain is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural team
