Are you a senior project manager with experience in software development? Are you familiar with German research projects? Are you comfortable with the idea to both leading development teams to deliver solutions and reporting to official representatives such as DLR or BMWk? Do you have an overall interest in Industry 4.0 and artificial intelligence?

Tasks

• Research projects: ensure that both research partners and Synergeticon share the same vision of the work packages and turn these into concrete milestones and
  deliverables.
• Make sure that high-level requirements are turned into stories that can be easily tackled during the Sprints by our development teams
• Prepare all required reporting documentation to the official German representatives (Projekt Tr gers)
• Foster a culture of good communication and trust within the team.

Requirements

• You have completed your degree in computer science or
  engineering
• You have knowledge of agile methodologies especially SCRUM
• Please note that due to the specific requirements of our research projects, we can only consider the applications from E.U. citizens that are in living in Hamburg
• You can communicate professionally in English and German
• You are a proactive and highly organized individual.
