The Opportunity

Do you have what it takes to continuously enhance our end-to-end functional architecture and solution design for the business requirements of a fast-growing global leader in spatial technologies?

As a Dynamics 365 Developer for Customer Service/Sales, you will be part of a highly motivated team, where you will improve our business processes continuously by leveraging a set of modern tools, centered around the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, and Portals). You will closely work with relevant stakeholders to understand the underlying business requirements, find an effective solution to the challenge, and bring the skills to implement, roll out, and maintain your concept.

How you will make an impact

  • You will actively implement process improvements through configuration, customization, and development within Dynamics 365 with a focus on Customer Service, Portals and Sales
  • You will document, propose, and discuss architecture and solution options, recommendations, and implications
  • You will ensure processes run smoothly across system borders by defining interfaces and developing integrations
  • You will bring a big-picture mindset to look beyond the pure Customer Service/Sales implementation by leveraging your knowledge of the Power Platform, Power Apps, Dataverse, Azure and other technologies

What will help you succeed in the role

  • Extensive knowledge of D365 Customer Service/Sales, in theory, and practice (full cycle implementations for Dynamics 365), as well as an overall understanding and a holistic view of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem
  • Extensive system design experience (2+ years) in either Customer Service App with Portals or Sales App
  • Experience with the Power Platform, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Azure
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities, which will be particularly useful in engaging with key stakeholders
  • Domain experience in the customer service space will be the cherry on the cake
