Full stack PHP Developer (russian speaking, m/f/d)

We are looking for a senior PHP developer willing to get involved in creating software solutions in Real Estate Technology Industry. You can have the opportunity to develop a system in one of the leading Real Estate CRM systems in Germany.

You will develop the released products, which is a crucial role in the team. Working on Scrum, you will have to communicate regularly with other developers, participate in planning and evaluation, retrospectives and demos, and be proactive and involved in the development process.

To succeed in this role you will have to get up to speed quickly, learn all the vast functionality of existing software systems and solutions, as well as get used to the fast pace of new features and product development. You will have to deal with a lot of problems independently or with the support of your colleagues. We expect that you will take it as a challenge and possibility to show your own wit and ability to quickly understand the essence of matters and to solve problems.

Our IT-Team is Russian speaking and all of us speak English. All documentation, notes, and written communication should still be in English.

Tasks

You will be faced with the following tasks:

• Software development - web applications according to terms of reference.
• Designing new features
• Code writing
• Commissioning work
• Participation in team activities for requirements gathering, technical expertise on implementation of new features.
• Architectural auditing
• Plan and develop software modules independently and support, analyze and optimize existing applications.
• Support the code quality through joint code reviews
• Develop new creative solutions and evaluate new technology trends that make life easier for you and your colleagues.

Requirements

Our requirements:

• You are responsible for testing your software components and follows a "You build it you run it" mentality
• can organize your time management, meet deadlines, or identify implementation problems on time;
• have more than 5 years of experience in professional development;
• confident in PHP and Laravel
• can independently identify vulnerabilities and architectural flaws;
• are not afraid of profilers and tracers;
• are willing to work with legacy code, love refactoring, and know how to follow the company's code-writing rules;
• know object-oriented programming, know how to use design patterns in practice;
• have experience in developing highly loaded systems;
• know how to build a readable architecture depending on the product problem;
• understand different data stores and know how to use them where they are needed (relational databases, key-value stores, etc.).
