Agile Coach or Scrum Master (gn)

Your mission

For our journey towards an agile organization based on autonomous teams we are looking for you to work with one of the teams to create and improve an environment that helps the team to be effective, to make the right decisions, and to adapt to changes as fast as possible. You will be a member of our community of practice of agile coaches, who will help you get into the job, but who will also want to benefit from your experiences and observations. You will interact with the engineering management, with product management and partners from Wandelbots' business department, or also the talent acquisition team. Accordingly, your role requires a significant amount and quality of communication. If you are a role model for applying agile principles, then this job may be for you.

Your responsibilities

• You support the team in becoming self-managing and to work according to agile values and principles.
• You equip the team with work organization techniques (feedback, communication, time management etc.)
• You evaluate and communicate the organizational maturity of the team and show options how to improve.
• You establish and foster an environment where all team members can speak openly (psychological safety).
• You facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution within and related to the team.
• You establish and foster techniques for well-organized and well-conducted meetings (moderation, etc.).
• You ensure that all team members can fulfill their roles without being blocked.
• You help the team to stay focused, e.g., by challenging the need for discussions.
• You help the team to identify problems and to have the right discussion with the right stakeholders at the right time.
• You help the team to adapt to on-boarding/off-boarding of team members smoothly and fast.

Your profile

Your profile

• You have solid work experience as Scrum Master and Agile Coach in a team and organization, that was diligently applying Scrum or Kanban (incl. agile or lean principles).
• You have at least basic experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a scaled environment or framework like LeSS, SAFe, Nexus, Scrum at Scale, etc.
• You have good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, communication and increasing transparency.
• You have experience with the typical tools used in agile teams, like Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.
• You speak and write English at least on C1 level.
• You speak and write German at least on B2 Level.

You are awesome if

• You are proficient in applying your facilitation skills remotely.
• You understand the concepts of modern work organization.
• You have experience in robotics or the manufacturing industry.
• You have experience using Scrum in hardware development.
• You have experience with OKRs.
