Junior Software Engineer - Reactjs / Nextjs / Nodejs / Nestjs

Your mission

Are you interested in building applications that will be used by thousands of people in the real estate industry? Do you like delivering high-quality code with the most innovative technologies? Modoplus is searching for a creative mind to build mobile and desktop web applications to revolutionize the industry.

Tasks

• Lead complex technical or product tasks involving other engineers
• Provide technical help, guidance and mentorship to other engineers
• Implement new features for Modoplus
• Plan efficient and reusable frontend applications for scale complex web applications
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Product-Owners, and other Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues

Requirements

Minimum qualifications

• JavaScript/TypeScript experience, including concepts like asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6. Experience with React is a must-have.
• Frontend libraries experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility. React is a must-have.
• Experience with browser APIs and optimizing front end performance
• Experience with databases like MongoDB.
• Good sense for UX and don t be afraid of writing backend code

Preferred qualifications

• Experienced with the React Framework, Next.js
• Experienced with the UI library Chakra UI
• Experienced with the Node.js framework, Nest.js
• Experienced with MongoDB and Mongoose
