Your tasks

Join Europe s fastest growing digital gardening brand disrupting an overlooked industry ( 88 bn). Backed by leading VCs, you have the chance to shape the future of Plantura and leave your own mark on the company.

• You will play a vital role in driving and executing projects and initiatives to rapidly multiply Plantura s revenues, e.g. entry into new sales channels.
• You will work closely with the management team and deep-dive into individual projects with a high level of responsibility based on your personal and professional preferences and skill-set.
• You will conduct market analyses to support crucial strategic decisions and pave the way for Plantura`s internationalization across Europe.

Requirements

• You want to gain first-hand insight into a highly scalable consumer-tech start-up.
• You are currently in the final stage of or have already completed a bachelor s or master s degree at a top-tier university with excellent grades.
• You have gained first professional experience in management consulting or in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• You have an outstanding analytical mindset, are thrilled to challenge the status quo and stand out with your incomparable hustle mentality.
• You are highly driven and have the ability to break down complex issues, reduce them to the essential factors and communicate them effectively.
• You are a real team player and self-driven with a hands-on approach.
• You have excellent German and English skills (both at least C1).
• You are truly committed and want to help shape our future over a period of 4 to 8 months.
