Marketing & PR Strategy Intern (f/m/d)

At UltiHash we enable companies to grow their most valuable data sustainably. Data grows extremely fast and demands more resources. With our AI system, we can reduce the resources needed to store and distribute unstructured data by 90%.

This is made possible by structuring data without redundancy in a distributed storage system and independently allocates computing resources to access, process, migrate and analyze data on demand. After investing months into the research of our groundbreaking technology we are now looking for a skilled Marketing & PR Strategy Intern to join the team. You will be working closely with both founders of the company and engage in the development of the company from an early stage.

You will join a young team with high learning ambitions, grow with us together and have a real impact on the company's future. You can work from our Berlin office or remotely.

Tasks

Collaborate closely with the CEO to define and shape UltiHash's growth and communications strategy:

• Lead our communications channels and match the content specifically to the target groups.
• Engage with the technical team, understand the value of our product and translate that into content for our target group.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to validate our business approach and identify new opportunities.
• Build marketing content to raise awareness (e.g., blog posts).
• Take entrepreneurial ownership, identify areas of business growth, pitch them to the team and lead the execution.

Requirements

• An analytical mindset and the ability to think critically.
• An online marketing enthusiast with ideally well-developed digital design skills and aesthetics.
• Willingness to take responsibility and the ability to achieve goals collaboratively.
• Excited about analysis and making your decisions based on quantitative results.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written), German is a plus.
• 1 or more years of professional experience at a leading technology company, high-growth startup, management consultancy or in a similar fast-paced environment is a plus.
