Job Description

  • Founders are seasoned investors and operators with backgrounds covering J.P. Morgan, Rocket Internet, VC, PE, Harvard, etc.

Tasks

YOUR ROLE

  • You will project-manage the fundraising process end-to-end, contacting investors and managing investor relations
  • You will take ownership of the pitch deck
  • You will develop financial models with the detailed support from our specialists
  • You will perform research on target customers, competitive landscape, product specifications, etc.
  • You will work across a variety of other self-owned projects, with the primary aim of driving progress forward

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

  • Passionate and knowledgeable about fundraising and M&A (mergers & acquisitions)
  • Prior work experience in demanding, fast-paced environments (e.g., MBB, investment banking, high-growth startups, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, research, and business development skills
  • High Fluency in Microsoft Office is required
  • Deep interest/background in tech startups is a plus
  • Prior experience conducting outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, etc. is a plus
  • The ability to thrive and work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • A track record of consistently over-delivering in various spheres of life a do-er with little need for direction
  • A positive, structured, and driven young leader
  • Studying/Studied at a top-tier university (ideally with a focus on Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, the Natural Sciences, or a related field) is a plus
  • High Fluency in English is required
  • Based in Berlin is preferred, but remote is possible
  • Ability to work 3-6 months in a full-time internship or as a longer-term working student
