Your mission

You are going to be part of our Wandelbots Authorized Partner Partner Development community, allowing us to expand our European network of System Integrators and Distributors. As a Partner Development Manager, you will identify new partners in your respective region for our partner program, establish a trustful business relationship and enable them for long-term success.

You will independently manage your region to drive growth with partners aligned to the Wandelbots business strategy. As we combine the strength of all parties, we simplify automation by providing a holistic solution which empowers people to work with robots to unleash the unknown potential of their relationship. Together with our Wandelbots Authorized Partners, we support economies to become future proof as we enable unprecedented customer success and business value leveraging our technologies to help companies of any size - grow, scale and win in their respective markets.

You are part of the Global Strategic Alliances & Channel Development team which belongs to the Global Sales & Customer Success organization. The Global Strategic Alliances & Channel Development team will identify and develop strategic alliances and partnerships which are optimized for exceptional revenue growth across our portfolio.

What you will do:

  • You will find new and work with existing Wandelbots Authorized Partner to define and execute, or refine existing joint sales and go to market strategies that include compelling value propositions, clearly defined initiatives with key sponsors, milestone and progress tracking metrics.
  • You will develop key partner infrastructure, including sufficient and scalable processes, forecasting, compensation, training, and operational initiatives.
  • You will share best practices within the global Wandelbots community.
  • You will build and maintain a trusted-advisor relationship with the leaders within your regional Wandelbots Authorized Partner community and align their priorities, strategies, and goals with ours to build mutually beneficial business plans to achieve strategic alignment and drive growth.
  • You will foster mutual commitment & goodwill for collaboration.
  • You will make realistic commitments, and carefully manage external expectations towards them with a high degree of uncertainty.
  • You will represent Wandelbots at relevant industry events in your region.
  • You will oversee the enablement of the strategic alliance member, ensuring relevant contacts are properly trained and motivated to represent our joint activities to drive new business.
  • You will work with all relevant stakeholders within Wandelbots from Engineering to Growth, from Operations to Design, from Finance to People & Culture to ensure true alignment for the success of our business endeavours.

Your profile

  • You have the courage to start in an uncertain environment to disrupt the robotics market.
  • You enjoy working in a constantly evolving business environment.
  • You are open minded and believe that together we can empower others to support an inclusive future for all.
  • You have the ability to effectively build relationships, and display confidence in your intentions and those of the organization.
  • You have 5 plus years prior alliances, channel or partner experience in the IT or OT world driving partner revenue and growth. Alternatively, you have experience in the metal or metalworking industry and you're an expert in automation.
  • You love to discover new business ideas and seeing the greater good in working with partners. You help each Wandelbots Authorized Partner member to see the vision, co-create future strategies, build consensus, resolve conflict, and solve tough business problem, working in concert with others.
  • You have strong capabilities in building and executing partner strategies, creating and presenting sales plans, setting milestones, measuring performance and being accountable for results to executive management.
  • You are skilled at business planning and securing commitment. You can articulate a clear vision of the future state, outline the steps required to get there, and secure the commitment of all to meet quarterly objectives (revenue, demand generation, and enablement). You are diligent at measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks and coming up with appropriate resolutions.
