Job Description

Your mission

  • You will be actively shaping the structure of our Robot platform.
  • You will be developing user journeys as well as accessible designs for our iPad app.
  • You will be planning and conducting design sessions with different development teams and stakeholders.
  • You will be developing high fidelity prototypes.
  • You will be working with UI designers to implement attractive designs.
  • You will also be actively participating in the team s remote sprint meetings.
  • You will be considering the human-robot interaction element of a design while improving the usability on our app.
  • You will be defining interaction models, user task flows, and UI (user interface) specifications.
  • You will be responsible for communicating scenarios (hypothetical users), end-to-end experiences, interaction models and screen designs to product.

Your profile

  • You have 5+ years experience as a UX designer.
  • You love Figma and can hence, contribute to our existing design libraries.
  • You have a passion for creating simplistic as well as clear designs and are able to communicate them to our developers.
  • You are an expert at creating prototypes to test the user value while maintaining a fast pace.
  • You possess the ability to easily integrate into an existing Scrum development process while actively shaping and defining user stories.
  • You are experienced in user research and discovery workshops (this is a big plus).
  • You prefer to work on-site in our office in Dresden or are at least, able to come to the office on a regular basis.
  • You retain excellent communication skills.
  • You are fluent in both, English and German.
