Job Description
Your responsibilities
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, win-win situations and customer growth
- Strategically develop business with existing customers
- Setup clear and lean processes and responsibilities with new customers to ensure operational efficiency and excellence
- Engage with existing customers regularly to exchange ideas and develop partnership roadmaps
- Define and analyze metrics and KPIs to ensure the success of the partnership and to enable profitable growth paths for both parties
- Take care of customer success by initiating and closing of up- and cross-sell opportunities in close collaboration with the Sales Team
- Propose and challenge new ideas from existing customers with the Product Team
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience as a (Key-) Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
- Customer centricity, pragmatic solution-oriented attitude
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Preferably experience in the energy, IoT, SaaS or platform business
- Fluent in German and English
