RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting into the Head of Global SEO & EU Content, you will be responsible for writing growth marketing copy across core acquisition and retention channels in the UK and DE
• Develop cohesive and compelling messaging and storytelling that can sit seamlessly across channels
• Work cross-functionally with performance marketing to deliver exceptional paid social ad copy that drives awareness and conversion for Facebook, Instagram and additional social platforms as required
• Work with the email marketing team to deliver engaging, benefit led emails for both acquisition and in-life customer programmes
• Support PR initiatives and partnerships with compelling copy that resonates with individual audiences
• Write on-site copy that reflects the brand s values and drives conversion
• Work tirelessly to understand our audience and their needs to ensure copy really resonates
• Create comprehensive AB testing plans, build learnings into your work and communicate them to the marketing team

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1.5-2 years of experience in writing copy for growth channels
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Copywriter
• In depth knowledge of best practices for creating email and ad copy
• Excellent creative and sales driven writing skills with a keen eye for detail
• Good time-management skills
• Ready to take initiative and think outside the box
• Proactive, open-minded and a good communicator
• English and German (C1-C2) a plus
• Passionate about inspiring others to live a healthy plant-based lifestyle
