Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, motivated and experienced Customer Engagement Manager to join our team!

As a Customer Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with the Sales Team, customers, and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain business to business relationships, managing program execution of business processes and performance management to ensure quality of service, developing strategies to drive revenue streams, implementation of new opportunities with existing and new customers identifying and delivering solutions meeting customer business requirements.

Tasks

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to truly understand their needs and objectives, surfacing possible opportunities for business growth and -retention.
  • Identify present and future business development opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the company's products, pricing, policies etc, to educate and inform customers on benefits.
  • Provide business advice and consultancy to customers in an effective manner.
  • On-board new customers, develop and manage a detailed implementation plan of requirements, lead and track cross-functional activities, communications, conduct risk management and identify resource needs.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction reviews periodically and recommend ways of improving customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a solid network with expert individuals who can assist in achieving customer or business goals.
  • Collaborate with the tech and marketing teams to review website content and features with an eye towards business needs, and support with business-user feedback processes when needed.
  • Develop presentation materials to effectively communicate with industry leaders and stakeholders.
  • Represent yuccaHR on conferences and panels (virtual and in-person, when appropriate).
  • Conduct outreach to the broader HR community to build brand awareness.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR.
  • Proven experience in customer relationships or business relations management, particularly in a corporate environment or with corporate clients..
  • Experience in sales or customer service (is a plus).
  • Bring a personal network of experts in the field of HR.
  • Aptitude for consistently fostering new, positive relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with all levels of management and customers
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven, multi-task environment with multiple stakeholders and agendas.
  • You thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibility and work well and independently on a partially virtual team.
  • Fluent in the German and English languages.
  • Willingness to travel within the EU several times a year, and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including accommodating different time zones
  • Excellent public speaking skills in both virtual and in-person settings
  • Experience offering webinars and in-person presentations
