About the role

In order to support our client s future CRM strategy and to strengthen the team, they are looking for a motivated person to support development, implementation and support of their CRM and B2B shop solution.

Jointly with the other IT and SAP experts and local business teams you will participate in projects and changes in various European countries as well as you will contribute to setting up support functions around the CRM and B2B shop processes.

Tasks

Your daily tasks

Support the development of Activity and Opportunity Management, Mobile Sales Order Entry and B2B platform

• Support the deployment of the CRM applications
• Design and configure new solutions
• Provide support for the CRM Sales and B2B shop applications
• Deliver key user training
• Test solutions and support local change management if needed
• Collaborate with other expert teams (internal and externals)

Requirements

Your profile

University Degree or comparable education in business administration or computer science

• Around 3 years of professional experience in business process or SAP consulting
• Good knowledge in SAP SD with focus on sales processes
• Hands-on experience in SAP system configuration
• Knowledge of the Customer Relationship Management processes beneficial
• Understanding of integration to Product Information Management (PIM) and CMS systems
• Ideally technical understanding of progressive web application (PWA)
• Ability to demonstrate and explain processes and technical subjects to users
• Good understanding of business processes in CRM (role requires interaction with the business on a daily basis)
• System and UAT testing experience essential
• Fluent in English, German skills beneficial
• Must be willing to travel to locations within Europe
