Facility Manager for Research Insitute (m/f/x)

Full-time Position (Part-time possible)

European Biostaisis Foundation is dedicated to translational and applied research in the areas of biostasis. We are based in Basel, Switzerland with a just-opened research institute close to Zurich and focus on state-of-the-art technology and medical practice.

Tasks

• Join the core team as the of the first employees - work directly with the founders and the Board.
• You're taking responsibility for the research facility in Rafz, Switzerland.
• Deep dive and take responsibility in a wide range of topics incl. organizational tasks, fixing things, welcoming visitors, oversight of the facility, supporting research staff, etc, etc.
• Be actively involved in a lot of different topics and projects

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree
• Relevant experience in Engineering, Operation, Facility Management and/or Business
• Creative, result-driven, and very open mindset
• Pronounced hands-on mentality, your day to day will include a wide(!) range of projects
• Technical skills (fixing things, making sure everything works, etc)
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent English and German language skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Willingness to relocate to or close to Rafz, Switzerland (we help with all the details
