What to expect
As a (Senior) Scrum Master with Caspar you will be responsible for defining, implementing, monitoring and improving the lean and agile processes for 1-2 scrum teams. You will work closely together with different stakeholders and directly report into our C-Level. You will act as a functional lead for our Tech Team.
The position is initially limited to 1 year, as it is a pregnancy replacement. A permanent employment afterwards can be possible and is something that we aim at, also because Caspar and especially our Tech & Product team are constantly growing.
Your Challenges
- Coaching our cross-functional teams and facilitating team meetings
- Establishing a strong commitment within the teams and supporting them in defining and understanding scope and goals
- Adhere to standards and removing team impediments or finding the right person(s) to remove the impediment
- Providing clarity to the C-Level and other business stakeholders about sprint's progress and impediments that need to be addressed
- Defining, implementing and improving best practices and supporting the scrum teams understand, learn and try agile practices and techniques
- Helping build a respectful and collaborative team environment focused on problem-solving and self-organization
Your profile
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in a start-up or tech environment whereas a digital health background would be helpful
- A strong, experienced and empathetic communicator
- Enthusiasm for the development in a company living the start-up spirit
- Courage and pragmatism in order to identify and help resolving impediments
- Experience with working in international and multicultural teams in a remote set-up
- Responsibility, collaboration, commitment and humbleness
- Knowledge of technology, the market and of what helps teams in pursuit of their goals
- Excellent English language skills
