Tasks
As our Tech Lead
- You will lead, grow and develop a cross-functional product engineering team
- You will own the architecture, engineering quality and technical roadmap
- You will drive make or buy decisions and the technology selection processes
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering and ideally 2+ years in a technology leadership position, preferably in healthcare
- You are excited by the possibility to build a software product and tech team from scratch, being a hands-on developer and software architect
- You already have designed, built and scaled a production application, preferably in a B2B2C context
- You bring hands-on architectural experience and deep understanding of building cloud infrastructure at scale (e.g. AWS)
- You are comfortable managing engineers across different domains, working with cross functional stakeholders and driving the hiring lifecycle for your team
- Preferably you already have experience in fast paced startup environments and went through different product development and growth phases
- Preferably you have experience in regulated technology environments, working with certification and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA)
- You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate
