Tasks

So, what will you do at TechLabs Berlin as Part of the Partnership Team?

You will build and manage the connection between our business partners and TechLabs Berlin. It will be your job to find and attract the right partners who will work alongside TechLabs Berlin to rethink digital education in the area.

• Generate new leads and partnership opportunities with exciting partners (e.g. High growth startups, Consulting Companies, regional large technology companies, local foundations)
• Serve as the key point of contact between TechLabs and partners
• Represent TechLabs Partnerships Team at events and conferences
• Get in touch with local politics and initiatives to foster exchange within the ecosystem
• Design presentations for potential partners with quality content and a thought through pitch strategy

Requirements

You are a good fit if...

• you are based in Berlin, speak fluent English with German language being plus.
• you possess outstanding communication, networking and interpersonal skills
• you are comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy and accountability for delivering results, yet know how to identify risk and escalate concerns
• you are the one to take initiative, self-motivated with a natural inclination for presentation and selling
• you enjoy being part of a collaborative team that pushes boundaries to make sure everyone constantly grows
• you are looking for a culture where work is appreciated and you can make an immediate impact
• you would like to rethink digital education together with an ambitious team. You know it's a hard problem to solve. But you also know that once solved, teaching people and watching them understand the world a little bit better is one of the most rewarding experiences in your life
• you have worked on challenging projects and ambitious (nonprofit) visions before. You're eager to experiment, to fail, and to succeed together with us more often than you ever did before
• highly curious and eager to constantly learn
• knowledge to Hubspot / Mailchimp / Slack is a plus
