Maintenance Administrator

Job Title: Maintenance Administrator 10728

Number of workers needed: 1
Duration: 2 months possibility of an extension
Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday
Will overtime be possible: Yes
Will weekend work be possible: Yes
Work Environment: Professional within a production plant
Location: Fresno, CA, 93706
Dress Code/Required PPE: Casual Dress Code, no shorts or tank tops

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Will utilize SAP 80% to 90% of the time
Collect and organize documents and data
Enter and collect data from SAP
Enter and collect data from Kronos (timekeeping system)- there will be training on Kronos
Data Management
Data validation
Data reporting
Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, customer support issues
Coordinate scheduling meeting through Microsoft Teams
Receive and Relay messages, respond to varied to routine administrative requests
Other duties as assigned

Required /skills:
Minimum of two years of related work experience
MS Excel Entry level
Excellent communication skills
Other minimum qualifications may apply

Minimum Education Required: High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent

Preferred Skills and qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or Associate Degree in Business
Business experience in Administrative Field
Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point skills
SAP and Kronos experience
Data reporting and analysist experience
