Specific Tasks:
Config and create cutsheets with relevant info on an agencies' VoIP phones in preparation for successful agency cut-overs.
Provide post-cutover support to agencies.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Working knowledge of Cisco VoIP Unified Communications/Unified Contact Center Enterprise technology.
Experienced in designing and/or configuring the network infrastructure for deployment of Cisco Unified Communications technology.
Experience Requirements:
Hands-on experience on all aspects of Cisco VoIP technology & its implementation (e.g., CUCM, Unity VM system, Paging etc.).
7+ years experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
