Job Description
Day-to-Day Roles & Responsibilities -
Interact with members of the Masai Community
Host events - Invite speakers, moderate sessions, and engage with the audience
Host offline meetups for our stakeholders once Covid restrictions are over
Create, enable and run fun clubs(Book, music, ) for our students/alums
Interview/Interact with Stakeholders - Mentors, students, Alumni, Industry Mentors & others to establish relationships, and host events/contests Community building by Leveraging existing content
Running Community Operations
Strategic brand partnerships for the community. Ex - Partnership with a coffee brand for our students, or a Cloud company for Web credits, and other such unique collabs.
Who is this role for -
Someone who loves interacting and connecting with people
Prolific communication skills - The ability to write, and communicate well is one of the most important requirements for this role
0-2 years of Experience in building high-engaged communities, or marketing
A generalist good at building relationships and working in cross-functional teams
A go-getter who has a bias for action
Brownie Points for -
High energy
Prior Experience in Ed-Tech
Knowledge of the basics of programming
Public speaking & presentation skills
