Title: Business Analyst
Location: St Louis, MO - onsite
Description: Looking for business analyst with strong infrastructure experience and a very strong communcicator ideally based in St Louis, MO
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings and, as necessary, capture meeting notes
- Must understand cross-project dependency tasks and resource scheduling
- Build project slides in PowerPoint including timeline and milestone charts
- Familiarity with Teams, Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow are a plus
- Support the development of objectives and key results across teams
- Collaborates and consults to understand business and user needs and document requirements
- Ensures business requirements are met by monitoring available metrics and collecting feedback post-implementation
- Gather and document business requirements; maps and analyzes end-to-end business processes as part of overall documentation
- Manage Kanban entries to record, track, and prioritize efforts
- Translate business requirements into system requirement specifications consistent with the needs of the business
- Develop project estimates by identifying phases and elements, personnel requirements, and costs
