Notice Period: Max 30 days/ Immediate Joiner/ Serving Notice period

Main Accountabilities

• This role primarily responsible for the management of Taxation, Management Accounting/Reporting & Accounts Receivable function.
• Chartered Accountant with 10+ years experience in a similar position, preferably in a MNC. Must have worked on IND AS & preparation of Consolidated Financials & Proven team management experience with in Taxation, IND AS implementation, transfer pricing, MIS, Consolidation, Budgeting-Forecasting
• Handling Banking & Treasury
• Monthly book closing activities and reporting as per group requirement.
• Inter Company reconciliation to be carried out on Monthly basis.
• No lapses & delays in statutory payment GST, TDS, Advance/self-assessment Tax and its accounting.
• Budgeting & Forecasting for Calendar year
• Transfer Pricing Audit/certification
• Calendar year reporting/Half yearly reporting for group for Group consolidation process.
• Filing of GST returns, TDS and Income tax Returns, maintenance of GST and TDS records.
• Overview of taxation compliances for sister company in India
• Ensure Tax compliances for Parent company in India
