7+ years of IT experience and 5+ years of development experience in Opentext exstream
Experience with batch and on-demand/rela-time process
Solid coding and debugging skills
Solid XML and schema experience
Gook knowledge in JCL creation and mainframe job scheduling
Strong experiance in document composition process
Good kowledge in banking domain and document composition process
Good communication and team player
good understanding in agile process
