Required :
- 8-10+ years' experience in Healthcare domain as Business Lead
- Understand various healthcare processes like Processing Claims, Stop Loss, Level Funded, PMPM, Rule based premium, payments, reconciliation and collections.
- Have done at least 1 or 2 end to end implementation in revenue & billing system of insurance & healthcare domain.
- Analyze fit & gap of client's business and design effective solution blueprint.
- Ability to understand, elaborate and document requirements as well as create functional design
- Ability to create test scenarios and execute whenever required.
- Experience in working with technical team to understand technical approach and design
- Have worked in Agile model and experience in working closely with technical team.
- Experience in defining test scenarios, test cases and doing functional testing
