Job Description
- Help IP Head in drafting patent applications in the pharmaceutical field related to MS Pharma business activities.
- Support IP Head in legal and scientific analysis of pharmaceutical patents related to MS Pharma business activities.
- Assist in the evaluation of new inventions within the Company developed by R&D, Business Development, or other functions.
- Support IP Head in opposition processes, patent conflicts and IP contracts related to MS Pharma business activities.
- Contribute to the determination of patentability, free to operate, and infringing opinions.
- Support MS Pharma affiliates in due diligence activities.
