Job Description
Our client, based in Brackenfell, is looking at expanding their sales force. They supply window and door hardware to the Aluminium industry.
We are looking for candidates from the Northern Suburbs, with a minimum of 2 - 3 years similar internal sales experience. The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans, come from a technical background have a positive background and be able to work in a fast paced team environment. Attention to detail and excellent administration skills will also be necessary.
Job Description
Increase customer order baskets and boost sales against specific targets
Call cycle calling
Telephonic cold calling
Provide support to External Sales Rep
Maintain and develop key customers
Process customer orders and quotations with accuracy and speed
Build harmonious and respectful relations with Management, the warehouse team, the internal sales team and peers across branches
Trace delayed customer deliveries with the logistics team and relay the info to customers promptly
Respond to customer calls and emails promptly and efficiently
Keep customers regularly informed on the status of their back orders
Develop leads from the sales reps and demonstrate that you are actively bringing in the sales from these specific customers

Requirements
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification is advantageous but not essential
- Proficient in both English and Afrikaans
- Technically minded - Technical background would be beneficial
