- General Case Management, Query Delivery, and Data Changes entering the Team
- Proactive process and technology development
- Building out programs to support people data integrity
- Offering relevant data and analysis for People Colleagues
Requirements
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in a multinational company, preferably in an HR Operations role
- Knowledge on employee journeys and proof of your contribution to their improvement
- Data handling skills, including the ability to spot gaps, manage huge data sets, and provide analysis that HR colleagues and the business can use
- Excel proficiency at the intermediate or higher level is preferred; creating tools for data collection and analysis is an advantage
- Oracle HCM experience would be advantageous but is not required
