Responding to Directors calls immediately and noting down reminders or acting on small tasks

Data Entry

Paying Accounts

Communication with clientele and contractors regarding directives

Responding to enquiries

Assisting with time management

Booking trips within Australia at short notice

Discretion & Confidentiality is an absolute must

At least 2 years of experience relevant to the role Great communications skills - both written and oral Computer Literate A can-do attitude Excel & Calendar savvy Drafting Emails Fast Paced
