Job Description
- Review the effectiveness of the Risk Management Policy and Framework.
- Assess existing policies, procedures, processes, and internal controls within the Group and advise if any modifications are required accordingly.
- Advise on the appropriateness and effectiveness of different approaches for managing risks.
- Establish Key Risk Indicators (KRI) and integrated reporting dashboards with KPIs.
- Facilitate risk workshops, drive desired risk culture, and collect critical corporate-wide risk insights.
- Manage ERM development projects.
- Coordinate technology implementation projects and annual ERM maturity self-assessments.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit on risk-based annual audit planning and linking audit observations to risk universe.
- Provide training and coaching on ERM.
