Job Description
- Manage Mobily international voice call (IDD service) volumes and quality in order to meet contractual and international telecom industry standards Manage Mobily GRX and IPX, signalling, and SMS Interworkingnegotiate relation with multiple suppliers, monitor utilization, recommend upgrade redundancy designs. Oversee testing and monitoring of end to end international call quality in support of customer experience objectives. Prepare plans and strategies for international voice network expansions according to international traffic forecast plans. Monitor the resolution of international voice network congestion such as during mass call events and high seasons Hajj and Ramadan) Build collaborative working relationships with Technology departments to develop and maintain systems for international wholesale voice trading and international traffic routing Review the preparation of international traffic routing plans including reviewing the application of least cost routing and discipline and ensure international carriers price/performance ratios are optimized.
