Director of investment Finance And Operations

1-In collaboration with the leadership within Investment Services & Strategy, contribute to the development of Investment Strategy for the Institutional business segment by incorporating Institutional client characteristics, current market conditions, market trends, economic projections and expected returns, make recommendations for asset class allocations style and market capitalization weighting

2- Consistently deliver excellent service to the Institutional segment in order to assist in achieving financial, client acquisition, and other business goals

3-Drives overall development, launch, and integration of new products and services through coordinating cross-functional teams and project management

4-Leads structuring of products or accounts, working closely with portfolio management, legal, accounting, and client servicing teams

5-Creates product plans that evaluate and refine assigned products, investment vehicles, and their distribution, based on financial, internal capabilities, market, and operational considerations

6-Serves as subject matter expert, providing guidance and detailed product information to marketing, sales, and clients for due diligence questions, client servicing, offering memoranda, and other purposes

7-Manages vendor support and procedures for assigned products

8-Ensures products are compliant with regulatory requirements

9-Researches and incorporates competitive environment, product flows, and client feedback into product strategies and capital-raising tactics

10- Monitoring and assuring data integrity and performance return accuracy for our clients and partners.
