Job Description
- Ensure the aviation Security Standards are met and delivered to the highest Customer Service Standards achievable.
- Manage the searching of passengers, crew and airport personnel to recognized international standards. This will be achieved through physical and X-Ray, EDS, ETD or CTX screening within the terminal areas.
- Ensure all staff has an understanding of their responsibilities in the event of a restricted or prohibited item being identified.
- Manage the access control into restricted zones and maintaining the landside/airside barrier.
- Ensure all incidents are reported accurately and immediately to the Screening Supervisor
- Undertake any additional duties including administration such as incident report writing
