Job Description
Our Client in the Legal sector wants to hire an experienced Associate.
The Associate Lawyer will advise on technical, strategic and procedural aspects across the spectrum of problems although the focus will be providing advice on a broad range of legal and commercial matters, be involved in negotiations and legal drafting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE:
- To provide high quality legal service to all ML clients
- To develop and maintain productive and strong client relationship
- To establish and sustain relationships with other professionals Minerva
- Receive requests for legal advice from current and potential clients and decide on the most
- appropriate responses to make to these requests
- Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuit
Requirements
Key Requirements experience and attributes required:
Degree in Law and having preferably obtained a 2:1 or above although all applications will be considered
Master of Laws LLM will be an added advantage
At least three-five (3-5) years post qualification experience with reputable firm
Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of (ICSAN) will be an added advantage
