Job Description
- Takes charge of full recruitment & On-boarding process; ensures delivery of quality hires
- • Responsible for screening candidates and completing the hiring process due diligence.
- • Responsible for efficient onboarding and off-boarding process on the HR system.
- • Sources, screens, and interviews employees in entry and associate level roles.
- • Responsible for the administration of recruitment documents and hiring actions.
- • Works with Business Admins to ensure leave schedules are maintained and adhered to.
- • Creates standard reports on HR metrics on a monthly/quarterly basis
- • Maintains employee master data on Talent Hub
- • Works closely with the business heads/Line Managers in monitoring performance of staff and ensures development plan in place
- • Support succession planning, organizational movements, and career planning
- • Maintaining, reporting, and analyzing HR data
- • Play a leading role in employee engagement, female diversity, and Kuwaitization initiatives.
