ICT System Analyst

• Conducting requirement analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems.
  
• Ensuring that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met.
  
• Working closely with colleagues to provide IT solutions for internal and external clients.
  
• Providing training material and user manuals to users of new systems.
  
• Analyse As-IS processes and systems, identify pain points, and develop TO-Be processes and opportunities for automation
  
• Drawing up, supervising and documenting testing schedules for a complete system.
  
• Planning and working flexibly to deadlines.
  
• Supporting users on change control and systems updates.
  
• Creating Analytical Reports
  
• Developing a financial project plan to support and lead the implementation of software solutions.
  
• Work with our clients deploying system deliverables and training people across the systems resources.
  
• Examine existing IT systems and business models.
  
• Analyse industry-specific systems requirements, including enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM systems
  
• Configure automated processes using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
  

• A minimum of 2 x years experience
  
• Bachelors or Master s Degree in IT/IS
  
• Broad knowledge of hardware, software and full-stack software development.
  
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI
  
• Ability to learn quickly.
  
• Ability to contribute to a team effort.
  
• Logical approach to problem-solving.
  
• Good interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail.
  
• Business awareness.
  
• Presentation skills.
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
