As a Graphic Designer of ReshaMandi, You will be working with illustration, colour, iconography, motion graphics and content together to help us successfully communicate any message to our users. We know and believe that Good Design brings clarity and hope in a users life. You will be executing campaigns similar to Ghost Challenge and take up ownership of tasks from art direction to execution.
ReshaMandi is made up of multi-disciplinary teams of UX Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, Sales Executives and Engineers: we care deeply about the people who use our products. As creative thinkers, we collaborate, ideate and create content that inspire behaviours and perceptions towards the brand.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be dealing with the visual aspects of ReshaMandi s digital realm - Social Media, Website, Events and all other digital marketing assets.
Responsibilities will include:
Foster the concept of Make art, Not Content
Launch, iterate and make a difference. Your creative thinking will pave the way for ReshaMandi s visual design.
Experiment, Evaluate and Adapt, be Bold, ambitious and fresh in approaching challenges
Own your own time, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
Own the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects.
Challenge the Status Quo regularly to ensure the ReshaMandi Creatives adapt with time, people and sets a benchmark in the Design Industry
Efficiently Report progress of projects both Objectively & Subjectively at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
Ensure visuals and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company ideals
Be bold in using tools, methods and thoughts that are new to the industry and will create curiosity within our consumers.
Core skill sets ideally include, but are also not limited to:
Motion graphics
Digital Illustration manipulation
Visual Designing
Typography
Marketing 101
Design thinking
Excellent communication skills, impertinent to present ideas and direct the companys visual Ecosystem.
Technical fluency
Thorough understanding of design fundamentals
Photography and videography
Softwares similar to After Effects/ Blender/ Premiere Pro
A strong understanding of colour theory, typography and communication.
Most importantly, a Can do attitude. A yearning to figure out solutions to challenging problems.
Proficiency in all necessary Digital Platforms and software applications
Preferences:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or relevant fields
Experience implementing digital design systems across platforms.
Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions
Study of Typography and Information Hierarchy
