Develop and manage dedicated resources that specialize in Incentive plan design, modelling, plan communications, and the calculation of performance-based incentives

Centralization and Standardization of all US performance-based Incentives plans

Manage strategic communications for Variable compensation

Strategize with Divisions to design Incentive plans

Sales Incentives

Supervisor Incentives

Hourly Incentives

Annual incentive plans

Establish Corporate Variable Compensation Philosophy for Salaried and Hourly Employees

Keep abreast to all legislative and regulatory changes as they relate to Variable Compensation, and suggest recommended changes as applicable

Review current practices and policies to identify compliance risks and manage implementation and documentation of changes

Manage governance of existing structure

Sets guidelines and ensures compliance

Exception & approval tracking

Streamline programs to ensure alignment and execution

Manage broad based projects which may include market competitiveness review, impact of variable compensation on retention, and Incentive Plan redesigns.

Build productive and positive relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on initiatives

Development of a mechanism to track the effectiveness of the incentive plans

Compensation modelling and cost analysis reporting

Experience with Incentive Plan Design & Calculations

5 years experience in Corporate Compensation



Qualifications and Experience Requirements Strong interpersonal and team-building skills. Highly motivated / self-starter with a strong work ethic; should take ownership of projects and tasks. Dig deep into details as well as see the big picture; ability to work under pressure. Process oriented thinking, ability to work with others and lead and affect process change and improvements. Strong verbal and written communication skills spanning across all levels of management. Ability to work closely with people at all levels of the organization and facilitate the implementation of controls or remediation actions as needed. Resourceful; action and results orientated with the ability to get things done and overcome obstacles. Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint. Bachelor s Degree required, with emphasis in accounting or finance; CPA or CIA preferred 3 to 5 years of related business experience including previous internal audit experience, external audit experience or SOX and risk assessment experience Thorough knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
