Technical Lead BI Reporting (Power BI / Tableau / BO)

• Be part of multiple challenges in new Product Development, different projects, learn from best brains around quickly and implement
  
• Raise the technical bar constantly and be part of team which lives in future and work on bleeding edge of technology
  
• Lead a team of junior resources working on same / similar assignments
  
• Managing day-to-day queries / issues with junior developers
  
• Keeping track of Tasks, KPI s & Performance of team members
  
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues related to solution
  
• Contribute defining project plans for development and implementation
  
• Work closely with end-users / BA s / Product Heads, to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction during development, testing (internal & UATs) and post Go-Live phases.
  
• Use your communication skills to consult different issues for clients internally and externally
  
• Be interested in being the best of the trade by constantly learning and growing on new technologies (by taking professional certifications at times)
  

Requirements

• 5-8 Years of experience in a similar position.
  
• University degree in computer science / I.T.
  
• Experience in working on BI Platforms (Power BI / Tableau / BO).
  
• A good understanding of PL/SQL
  
• Strong knowledge in working with complex SQL queries.
  
• Good to have knowledge on ETL Processes and tools
  
• Good to have knowledge on streaming data ingestion and transformation using Azure Stream analytics.
  
• Honesty towards career enhancement with growth mindset and be future oriented. Ability to learn and grow by working with best brains is a key expectation.
