Customer Service Representative

We have an exciting new permanent position based from our client s offices in the Fuengirola region.
Requirement
Fluent in English, both written and spoken (native level)
French is a distinct advantage but not essential
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Strong administrative skills
Good IT literacy
Professional, well-presented
A dedicated, hard-working person who works well within a small team environment
Willingness to learn
Responsibilities
Provide all-round administrative support to meet the needs of the business
Keep the company database up-to-date
Provide a high standard of customer service to stakeholders at all levels
Communicate with customers and stakeholders by telephone and email
Package
Permanent contract, Monday to Friday 10am 6pm, 1 hour lunch
Salary 1250 per month net
