Architectural Business Development Consultant

Responsibilities

Coordinate and build strong working relationships within the regional architectural and design community

Maintain the highest level of product knowledge

Prospect both specified and unspecified projects in partnership with sales teams

Effectively manage multiple projects throughout the design and development process

Conduct product training to raise awareness of product application and updates

Ability to maintain close relationships with customers through intensive client interaction and follow-up

Demonstrate a firm experience-based understanding of the specification driven bidding process

Ability to read architectural drawings and diagrams and correctly interpret technical specifications

Engage in a collaborative environment with team members throughout the organization

Ability to fully utilize CRM software and other customer-centric technologies
