What is the employment arrangement? Is partnership an option?
Employee for 2 years. Partnership upon successfully completing 2nd year.
What is the compensation arrangement?
First 2 years, base salary of $350k with opportunity to earn productivity bonus between $50k and $100k.
Third year, compensation potential between $500k and
$650k.
Any sign on bonus or loan repayment?
No.
Is malpractice insurance covered by practice? What type of coverage does the group carry?
A claims made policy is provide by the practice. The physician is responsible for their own tail should they leave the group.
Does the practice offer other benefits?
3 weeks of vacation and 1 week for CME; health insurance; 401(k) with 3% match on first $250k of salary.
Does the practice cover CME costs?
Yes, up to $2,500 per year.
Does the practice over relocation expenses?
Yes.
